What's included in the federal guide?
A comprehensive review of federal pharmacy law tested on the MPJE: prescription requirements, controlled substances and DEA regulations, FDA and HHS authority, compounding and USP standards, OBRA/HIPAA, medication errors and liability, REMS, vaccines, and federal safety programs. Plain-language explanations, real-world examples, and structured chapters organized for both study and quick reference. Available as a paperback and a digital PDF.
What's in a state module?
Each state module covers the state-specific pharmacy law that's tested in addition to federal law on the MPJE for that state. Topics include licensure and renewal requirements, controlled substance schedules and reporting (often more restrictive than federal), prescription validity and refill rules, immunization authority, technician ratios, and other rules unique to the state. State modules are designed to pair with the federal guide, not replace it.
Should I buy the federal guide, the question bank, or the bundle?
Most candidates benefit from both. The federal guide builds your foundation — it teaches the law. The question bank trains application — it teaches how the exam tests the law. They reinforce each other. If you're on a budget, start with the federal guide. If you're closer to test day, the question bank's value compounds with practice.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Because digital content is delivered immediately and printed books are produced on demand, we don't typically issue refunds once an order is placed. That said, if you have extenuating circumstances, email support@strategicrxcollective.com and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Question bank specifics
Why does your question bank use four answer choices?
The traditional state-specific MPJE uses four answer choices per question. The new UMPJE uses three. We've built our question bank around four-choice questions because it covers both exam formats, forces sharper differentiation between similar-sounding options, and makes the real exam feel more manageable when you sit for it.
How long do I have access to the question bank?
90 days from purchase. The 90-day window starts at checkout. You can repurchase access if you need more time.
Can I retake the mock exam?
Yes, as many times as you'd like during your access window. Each mock exam draws a fresh sample of questions, so repeat attempts won't show identical content. Your previous attempts are saved in your account for review.
How many questions are in the bank?
Over 350 federal pharmacy law questions, every one written and reviewed by a practicing pharmacist. Each question has a detailed rationale explaining the underlying law — not just which letter is correct.
Are the questions updated for the new UMPJE?
Yes. Every question is designed with both the state-specific MPJE and the new UMPJE in mind. We update content as federal law changes and as we receive feedback from exam-takers about what's actually appearing on real exams.
Digital library and access
How long do I have access to the digital books?
90 days from purchase. The digital library is designed for active exam prep — long enough to study thoroughly, short enough to keep your access aligned with current law.
Can I download the PDF to read offline?
Digital books are read in your browser. They aren't available for download. This keeps content protected and ensures everyone is studying from the most current version.
Can I print the digital version?
The digital reader doesn't include a print function. If you want a physical copy, the paperback is available separately or as part of the bundle and ships directly to you.
What happens after my 90 days end?
Your access ends at the 90-day mark. You can repurchase if you need a longer window — and if you bought a bundle, you keep the printed book regardless.
Print and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Books are printed on demand once your order is placed. Typical timeline: 2–5 business days for printing, 3–8 business days for shipping within the US. Total: usually 5–13 business days. International shipping is available with longer transit times.
Where do you ship from?
Books are printed and shipped through our print partner Lulu, which operates production facilities in the US and globally. Your order ships from the facility closest to your address for faster delivery.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Email us at support@strategicrxcollective.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement.
Account and support
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with email and password, or with a magic link sent to your email. Both work the same — pick whichever you prefer.
I bought before but I can't find my account.
Check the email address you used at checkout. If you used a different email than you remember, search your inbox for "Strategic Rx Collective" to find the original order confirmation — it's tied to whatever address you used to pay.
How do I get help?

Will my materials be updated if the law changes?
When federal law changes meaningfully, we update the digital materials and notify everyone with active access. Printed books reflect the law as of the print date.
